Today in class students presented oral arguments about what they thought Lincoln's main goal in issuing the Emancipation Proclamation was--to free slaves or to save the Union. DUE TODAY: Emancipation Proclamation Oral Arguments. DUE TOMORROW: Emancipation Proclamation Oral Arguments (for those who did not present today).
