Today in class students re-enacted the Columbian exchange by trading goods to create their perfect taco. The Columbian exchange is what historians call the opening of trade and cultural mixing that went both ways between Native Americans and Europeans. Tacos are a product of this cultural mixing, as students discovered. DUE TOMORROW: Nothing.
