Today in class students continued the "Causes of the Civil War" game by examining the implications of the Dred Scott Supreme Court case and by taking a mock vote on whether or not to sign a petition to pardon the abolitionist John Brown for his attempt to start a violent slave rebellion.  DUE TODAY:  Nothing.  DUE NEXT TIME:  Causes of Civil War packets.
