US History

A DAY: Today in class students finished their "Life as a Slave" projects.  Then they began studying the Civil War by trying to determine who had the advantage at the start of the war: North or South?  DUE TODAY:  Life as a Slave Projects.  DUE NEXT TIME:  Signed Grade Printoffs.

Utah Studies

A DAY: Today students watched part of "Eyes on the Prize" as an introduction to the civil rights movement.  Then they used their iPads to research about various civil rights leaders on the "Eyes on the Prize" website.  DUE TODAY:  Civil Rights Notes.  DUE SOON:  SAGE 5 (next week).
