A DAY:  Today in class students read an old newspaper article interviewing former slaves from Utah.  Then students began learning about the Civil Rights Movement in Utah.  DUE TODAY:  RLH: Slavery in Utah.  DUE SOON: Civil Rights Posters (to be determined).

B DAY:  Today in class students finished their Utah Land Use Brochures.  If they had time, they also worked on an article about the history of race and racism in Utah.  DUE TODAY:  Utah Land Use Brochures.  DUE NEXT TIME:  History of Race and Racism in Utah Article (if not finished during class today).
