Today in class students continued learning about Utah's part in World War II. We watched portions of a documentary film that interviewed Utahns who fought in the European theater of this war. DUE TOMORROW: Nothing, but many students still need to turn in late learning centers.

Today in class students finished writing their summaries from the day before. They also passed in the final draft of their essay. (If they did not finish this, it will seriously hurt their grade since it was worth many points!) Finally they also compared Herbert Hoover's plan to end the Great Depression to Franklin D. Roosevelt's plan to end the Great Depression. DUE TOMORROW: Nothing. DUE FRIDAY: Learning Center Check #1 (worth 10 points)!
