Today in class students took a quiz on the first 6 chapters of the book, "Journey to Topaz." Also, I forgot to update the blog for Friday. On that day, Learning Center Check #1 was due. Many students still have yet to turn those in!! DUE TOMORROW: Nothing.

Today was a strange day. We had planned an outdoors Utah Studies Service Project day but due to the blustery weather early on it was canceled for morning classes. They read "Journey to Topaz" instead. The afternoon classes were able to participate in the service work. Thanks so much to all the many students, parents, school employees, and Herriman city employees who all chipped in! DUE TOMORROW: Learning Center Check #1 (20 points for Periods 1-2, 4-6; 10 points for Period 3).

Today in class students continued reading "Journey to Topaz." DUE TOMORROW: We will be having our 7th Grade Utah Studies Service Day unless the weather interferes. DUE FRIDAY: Learning Center Check #1 due (20 points for Period 1-2, 4-6; 10 points for Period 3). DUE MONDAY: Rise and Stretch quiz on "Journey to Topaz" chapters 1-6.
